“Darlene is a great teacher. She provided us with a study guide before the class started and let us know to review it, which helps out a lot during lecture. During class, she goes over important points and explains everything in detail. There was also a practice test that you can take which gives you a feel of what the test will be like. Although the class was long, we were able to take multiple breaks and it went by quick. The cost of the class was the cheapest I found after doing research. I would definitely recommend Darlene for anyone who has to take the food certification class. She is a great teacher.”
